For the price, this product cannot be beat. It's simple to install, and it does what it says it does. However, I have a couple of issues with it. First, when you turn it on, you would expect to gradually be able to turn the water pressure up until it gently comes in contact with you. Wrong. Because the nozzle is housed inside a spring-loaded enclosure, you have to turn the water pressure up to get enough force to push it out of it's enclosure. By the time you have enough pressure to do that, it comes out all at once, pretty strong. Think: car wash wand. Luckily, at this point you can back the water pressure back down to a comfortable level and the nozzle will stay exposed. But since the water isn't heated, it still becomes uncomfortable after a short time. I wish the nozzle was a little less concentrated and had a slightly bigger cone of water. My next complaint is that after you install it, the back of the toilet seat will be slightly elevated to give it enough clearance to not crush the bidet. This places a new strain on your seat that it may not be designed to handle. This morning, less than a month after installing the product, my toilet seat broke at the hinge in the back and will have to be replaced. Don't get me wrong. I do like the thing enough that I miss it when I have to use someone else's toilet.
I have recently bought this product for my parents who were visiting us. The installation was super easy, took me less than 10 min in the first go, instructions were simple and easy to follow and most importantly, no leakages post installation. This is a high quality product very easy to use and goes well with you existing toilet seats. I highly recommend this product.
